Bespoke / Customised Designs

Bespoke and Reconstructed Designs all require a deposit at time of booking.  Bespoke designs are delivered within 3 weeks, unless a different date has been agreed between Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design and The Customer.

All completed Bespoke designs are photographed and sent either by post or e-mail for approval.

The Bespoke product will only be dispatched on approval of the photograph and will be taken as acceptance from The Customer.

If you require Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design to reconstruct/customise a sentimental piece of jewellery, please initially send me a photo either by post or email so that Allie can give an approximate quote to change the product.  Then once Allie has received the item, a photograph will be taken in it's original state.  An after ‘reconstructed’ photo will be sent.  Payment will be required before sending the item out.

Consultations

Consultations are given between Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design and the customer.  A deposit will be required to fulfil the bespoke order.  This will be discussed at the time of consultation.

Returns Policy

Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they do not meet the requirements of the customer.

This does not apply to earrings or bespoke items which have been made to order, unless they have been damaged in transit.

Returned items must be sent by Recorded Delivery at customers own risk. 

A full refund will be given, minus postage and packing. 

Please notify Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design before returning your items.

For International customers, returns must be made within 14 days

Damaged & Faulty Goods

Please notify Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design if goods arrived damaged or are faulty, and return by Recorded Delivery within 7 days.

Delivery

Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design will endeavour to dispatch orders within 7 days from the current collections online, however if there is a delay a notification will be sent to the customer.

 All bespoke items will be delivered within 3 weeks or at an agreed date made with the customer.  Urgent orders are possible.  Please contact me with your requirements and I will try to accommodate you.

During busy periods, it may be necessary to alter delivery times, but I will inform you at the time.

For overseas customers, please notify Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design by e-mail stating your requirements and what country you live in and I will notify you of postal charges to ship to your country.  You should receive your package by Airsure internationally within 10 days.  If any delays anticipated, then a notification will be sent to the customer.

Payment

Payment by Credit/Debit card via PayPal. 

Or a personal cheque (UK Customers only) made payable to A. Howes, an e-mail to confirm from the customer.

Goods will be despatched upon clearance of funds.

Any Bespoke items, following the agreement of your design, will proceed once a deposit is given to secure the bespoke ordering.  Once the picture has been accepted for approval and order process and completed, Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design requires the rest of the payment to be cleared before the bespoke product is sent out.

Disclaimer

Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design products are made to a high standard and are not toys and not suitable for children as the small components may become a choking hazard if swallowed.  Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.

Under no circumstances will Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design disclose any personal information you have provided to any other third parties.  The details you provide are solely used for the buying of Allie Handmade Original Jewellery by Design products and to facilitate your order.
